It’s a face (and body) only a mother could love, or maybe an owner. Quasi Modo overcame all his competitors to win this year’s annual, Ugliest Dog Contest. Not to diminish this accomplishment, but I have to say, I’ve seen worse. Congratulations, Quasi!
