Do something you’ve never thought you wanted to, to surprise yourself.
Kiss the person you love.
Tell those in your life just how happy and grateful you are that they are there.
Eat better.
Laugh more.
Go slower.
Look around and appreciate where you are instead of thinking of where you need to get to next.
Help a stranger.
Do something to make yourself a better person.
Do something to make the world a better place.
Most of all, get out there and do something with your dog.
