When a soldier comes home from a military deployment, they can have some difficulties getting back into civilian society. Those problems can have lasting impacts on their lives for years to come. When one woman learned about some of the difficulties vets had in getting help, she decided to do something about it and formed Northwest Battle Buddies, an organization that gives some vets a new “leash” on life.
